cost calculator not showing in dashboard after installing the pro version

    hi there,

    i used the normal version and now bought and installed and activated the pro version. but now there is no way to access the calculator anymore. it vanished from the side menu in the dashboard!
    deinstalled. installed again.
    logged out and logged in again.
    deleted caches.

    also can’t figure out how to get chat support. i logged into my account but there is just no way to get quick support ??

    maybe this will help you: when installing the pro plugin i can see it in the dashboard menu to the left. but after registering the menu item disappears.

    after deactivating the plugin i get an error message: Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, auf diese Seite zuzugreifen.
    meaning i have no rights to access that page…
    i must say i am pretty frustrated by now. what a waste of time.
    btw: i tried this on 2 different domains just to be sure. cant tranfer the licence now because of the many problems.

    hi axel,
    thanks. will try that. but this was nowhere mentioned. so i did what i usually do. i deinstall the free version completely befor upgrading.
    also. you advertise chat support and tutorial videos (not video). how to get this?

    meanwhile i have a full bag of problems and questions. how do i get support? is this here the best place?
    i also wrote direct emails and they do not get answered.
    i really would prefert chat support – but it seems your advertisement for it is misleading. i cannnot wait days for an reply…

    thanks axel, the problem with that is, that i do not receive your replies if i go through the dashboard contact form because it is registered on my customer. is support faster than here that way? thanks. kai
