    Hi,

I installed Cost Calculator into my wordpress and built exactly what I need – it looks and works awesome when in Edit mode ??

But for some reason when I try to load it on the page, the “loading” icon just keeps spinning. How do I get the working calculator to load correctly?

    Live page: https://r8i.0bf.myftpupload.com

    Code provided: [stm-calc id=”51″]

    Thanks!
    Eric

    Hello @ericvenuto,

Thank you for reaching out us!

I visited the page where Cost Calculator is added. There are errors on the console (Screenshot):

    SyntaxError: Unexpected token '%'

This happens due to incorrectly used calculations in the Formula element. If you can share Screenshots of the Formula elements that were added to your Calculator we can help with the correct Formula.

@qidou If you can share the link to the page we can investigate the issue closer.

    Kind regards

Hint, as the same happened to me:

Maybe you added an option (for example a radio button) and added it manually to the “total sum” formular.

Then you removed the radio button again…. but you did not remove it manually from the “total sum” formular. This mistake happened to me and took a while until I error shooted it.

@drizzit We’re glad that you to found the cause of the issue!

It is important to use the correct calculator elements’ ID numbers in the calculator Formula and remove the deleted elements’ ID numbers from there. Otherwise, the calculator will not work correctly and may not be displayed on the front end.

    Best regards
