    Hi,

First of all let me say that your plugin is just what we need, and seems perfect functionality except for one small thing.

We use a plugin pack named Woofunnels to manage our carts. This plugin shows up an upsell after you finish your purchase, so you can add another product with an extra discount to your order. But the payment is already done by the time the web shows you the option to add the discount. So if you accept that upsell offer, the site charges you a second time for that upsell. The problem we are facing is that your plugin is not able to pick the costs for the upsell. I guess that if we purchase the full version we would be able to hit the recalculate button, and it will do so, but that is not an option for us, because we have over 50 sites, and we cant be hitting that button over the 50 sites.

We would be happy to purchase the pro version if you have a solution for this. Maybe a cron job that runs every day at a given time so it recalculates all the orders. That way we can see the uppsell pricess after it runs. Or simply help us to work with Woofunnels all together.

I noticed that when using woofunels the orders has a custom order status saying Primary Order Accepted or something like that, but i tried to tell your plugin to only calculate the costs on Processing orders, with no luck, it seems that the orders does not go straight into Primary Order Accepted order status but it first goes to Processing, then Pending Upsell, so your plugin already calculated the costs for that order regardless of it changing status later on.

    Thanks
    Kind regards

    Hi @andresmolina,

Ok, I think I got it. Let me try to add some additional options to the plugin to fix it. I will get back to you shortly.

    Hi again @andresmolina,

Could you please update the plugin to the latest v1.5.2 (released today), then go to “WooCommerce > Settings > Cost of Goods” and enable new “Force costs update on order update” checkbox option (it’s at the bottom of the page, in “Advanced Options” settings subsection). Please let me know if that solves the issue with WooFunnels.

    Hey! thanks for the update.

I updated the plugin, but it still does not calculate the cost after accepting the upselling. I can give you temporary access to the installation if you wish, or we can have a skype or slack chat sharing screens so you can see it in action.

Just as a heads up, i tried changing the order status manually and it still does not work, but i just realized we use a custom order status, so it might be the reason.

    Hi @andresmolina,

Hmm… Actually I don’t think custom order status should be an issue here…

As for temporary access – that would definitely help, however, unfortunately, we are not allowed to share an access here on wp.org forums.
