costum taxonomy problem

    Hi all WordPress people,i have a problem with costum taxonomy,
    i have made costum post type called portfolio and added 2 taxonomies to it,called websites and logos. Ok now i made a two single page templates called logo and web and added code like on my portfolio page template
    here
    i want make web taxonomy page to display only websites and logo page only logos. what i want to do is like here list them like:
    Portfolios: all web logos

    i found a code what works,its here
    but again i cant figure it out how to use it on my costum page template here

    hope somebody can help me out…..
