Costume Product Titel

Hello,
i would like to create a costume titel for my google xml in all of my products.All my products are are named like: BIO TShirt “Tewak”
I would like to alter that to: <“brand” – BIO TShirt “Tewak”>
Of course all of my products have a brand assiciated with them, the question is, how I can Build that products Name for using it in my xml.Thank you for your adivce.
