    Hello, i’ve installed this plugin, and so far so good, except with the e-mails, i’ve tried to re-send e-mails, send notifications when i create a New Reservation, but still i did not received any e-mail, not even on admin email.

    I’ve checked both e-mails and i’ve seen every folder on the e-mail, no spam no trash no entry …

    Hello,

    in case the system is not able to send e-mails, it is possible that the problem is related to the configuration of the e-mail.

    The first step to detect the issue is to make sure that WordPress is able to send e-mails. For this reason, you should try to create a new user from the back-end by specifying your personal e-mail and by turning on the “Send User Notification” parameter.

    In case you don’t receive any notification e-mail, the default PHP mailer might be blocked in your server and you might have to configure a SMTP account. This can be done by using an additional plugin, such as “WP Mail SMTP” or “Vik Mail SMTP“.

    Otherwise, if you correctly receive the notification, I really suggest you to contact us from the “Support Board” of our vikwp.com website, because a manual check might be required.
