Costumized Post in one Page

Hello, i’m new to WP and i stumble upon a very hard task
first is I have a statice page called Home for example. On that Home page i want to post 11 posts, and the catch is i want to post that 11 post specifically to a certain spot in the page. Is their any existing documentations or question here in the forum that answers my topic. Or if not could you point me out to where i may go thank you in advance wordpress. Codes are ok.
