Almost there…

I’ve bumped up my review by a star because support has worked with me to solve a very old issue.

This would be a 5 star plugin, but it’s still missing some features I hope they add. In particular, I’d like to be able to list top-rated products by tag and/or custom taxonomy instead of only having the option to list by category.

Please, please, please add this ability. I’ll happily bump to 5 stars at that point ??

I have a love/hate relationship with this plugin. On the one hand, it’s probably the best review plugin available for WordPress, and has been for many years.

But I think that’s also the problem.

I’ve found the support over the years to be pretty lackluster. There are frequently bugs with how the plugin displays information on the front-end, the most maddening of which is the thumbnail image, which is always pixelated.

If the plugin had better support and continued to add new features, I’d be more stoked on it. For now, it’s just so-so.
