Non other plugin could delete plugin leftovers in options table. I bought a licence and would advice anyone to do the same. Price is almost nothing and updates are lifetime. You would support developing this plugin.

As I plan now to put all my functions.php snippets in a plugin with options framework, plugin like this is a “have to”. Plugins leave leftovers in options table and whole website can get very big performance hit if all those table rows are not deleted.

Irony is many other leftovers cleaners after deactivating and deleting them leave leftovers in database, and options table.
