Could it work on a multilingual site?

We have a multilingual site with WPML installed. Is there a way to use them an make the ecard system multilingual?

Otherwise I could create three pages, one for each language, and add different images and text to that page. The only thing that I don’t know how to change is the text at the bottom, inside the form and the emails.

Any suggestion would be welcome :).
