Could not activate plugin because it generated a fatal error

Since the last update of WordPress (4.7.2), the Cloudflare plugin has been automatically disabled, and every time I try to activate again, I get the message: “Could not activate plugin because it generated a fatal error.” I already deleted and reinstalled and continued the problem. Why and how to solve?
However, apparently everything is working normally, does it make any difference to have this plugin disabled or not?
