    Could you please provide more information such as the mailer that you’re using currently and your email platform (Office 365, Gmail, G Suite, Hosting provider’s email)? so that we should be able to assist you accordingly.

    Hi @danielx147,

    are you maybe using the PHP constants to configure our plugin? Or did you configure our plugin in the WP admin dashboard -> WP Mail SMTP -> Settings section?

    Are you maybe using another plugin that has the capability of changing the SMTP settings on your site? Maybe this other plugin is setting different SMTP settings and is causing these occasional errors?
