    Hi,

    I need your advice on this error, Could not authenticate your SMTP account.

    Please refer to the error log below.

    Hi @samuelng527,

    Thanks for reaching out! Please note that you need to use an App Password with your connection. When connecting to Microsoft 365 or Outlook SMTP servers, you’re no longer able to use your regular email account password. Instead, Microsoft requires an App Password.

    Please check this guide on how you can generate an App Password to use with your connection.
