Could not copy file:

Hello, when i try to create my child theme is giving me the message Could not copy file.

The child-theme folder and the 2 files created successful. But the problem is the i cannot see my parent theme inside and everytime i visit the plugin section in order to get the tabs i need to do the procedure again.

I have used Enqueue both parent and child stylesheets

I did it again on some other side and it worked, but i have a problem with my existing project.
