Could not create directory

    Hi
    whenever i upgrade my plugins (Jetpack etc) the the massage shows
    Could not create directory. /home/truecn5w/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/jetpack.tmp
    and also when i click some of my post shown by google search, then 404 errer occurred
    please help
