“Could not create label”

My printer is not listed in the printer selection settings of the dhl shipping plugin. The label printer brother ql has only print width of 66mm, but works very well. How can I extend the printer list in the settings?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to extend the list since DHL does not support this format.

Many thanks for the answer. I found a solution. After the label has been created, the label will appear as printed in the DHL portal. If I go to “Print” there, I can choose the size of the label based on the selected printer. And there is another benefit. I can select all recipients with one click and print all labels with another click. In the plugin,, if I understand it correctly, I have to print out each label separately, which is more cumbersome.
