    Can you check the order products categories ? its used a description for customs,

    if it have categories and the error still exist, please share the log file to our email :
    “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com” so we can check and help you in that.

    You can find the logs in :
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    the log file will start with : DHL-2023-03-30
