Did you ask DHL support directly about this error?

We have the exact same issue. We’ve checked our plugin settings and contracts and we’re really confused.

In our case the shipment would be DHL Paket (within Germany).

We will look into this.

We got it fixed, according to the DHL support the international shipping wasn’t activated at their end for some reason and that apparently caused the issue.

In my case the error still exists (I’ve updated to 2.7.2) and I till get the error “Could not create label – Das angegebene Produkt ist nicht bekannt.” for DHL Paket (national).

So got the solution!
It works again.
The dhl made technical adjustments to the system -> and a lot of accounts have been deleted. The support knows about this issue. Support fixed it within 5 minutes!
