I’m using the Woocommerce Paypal Payments plugin. When someone tries to check out either with Pay Later or Venmo they get an error “could not create token”.

Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi @kiddiestuff,

I just created a regular PayPal test order and that worked as it should.
However, since the guest checkout option is disabled, there is currently one issue when guest users try to check out on your site: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/issues/239
This will be fixed with the next plugin update though.

But testing an APM resulted in a critical error, so we would be interested in your plugin log files. These log files are only written when logging is enabled in the plugin settings.
If enabled, then every transaction will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.?

If logging was disabled, then please enable it and try again to perform a purchase as described.
You can share these logs either here in the forums or privately with us from here:

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
