Please take the following steps:

1) Deactivate the Product Feed Manager plugin on the Plugins page (do NOT delete it here)
2) Open the ‘wp-content/plugins’ folder on your server
3) Remove the ‘wp-product-feed-manager’ folder from this folder
4) Open this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/advanced/ and scroll down to the bottom of the page. There select the 1.9.3 version and download it to your computer
5) Copy the content of downloaded file into the ‘wp-content/plugins’ folder
6) Reactivate the WooCommerce Product Feed Manager plugin on the Plugins page

Then try it again.

OK, in that case open the Feed Manager -> Settings page and click on the Re-initiate Plugin button. Then try again.

I follow this step, but also not working.

Is this on an existing feed or when you generate a new feed? If it’s on an existing feed, could you try generating a new feed?

And one other thing, could you open your database and the feedmanager_product_feed table in it and tell me what is stored in the “source_id” field.

If that is not a 1, could you edit that row and change it to 1?

Then try regenerating that feed again.

I try everything, but not works!

What value was there in the source_id field? Was that a one or something else?
