    Any ideas why this is happening?

    full message:
    Could not find the file to download:

    Folder permissions:
    htdocs 755 (also tried 775)
    wp-content 755 (also tried 775)
    uploads 775
    wp-migrate-db 775

    Any help would be great. THANKS

  • I had the same problem and just changed the wp-migrate-db folder in uploads to 777 and tried another migrate and it all worked successfully.
