• I loved the way the search in the demo looked, but could not get it to work on my website. I created a filter and added the widget to a sidebar, but nothing shows up. Using Customify theme.

Hey, why did you give one star for the plugin, but did not read docs or ask about support first?

I have been developing this plugin more than 6 months and you did not find 5 minutes to read documentation and configure it in right way, but you gave 1 star for it… If everybody will do as you, you will never get any good and free plugins for WordPress.

Please, read docs first or ask about support and only if you will not get result you can give fair assessment. And also please, have respect for other people’s work.

I did read the documentation and followed all of your directions. Nothing worked.

azlivin008 please, do not ignore my suggestion ?? It’s unfair to leave bad review for the plugin and do not respond for a support offer.

I’m sure for 100%, that plugin can be successfully configured on your site and make it work. But when you leave 1-star review and do not respond to the attempts rectify the situation you don’t give a chance for the plugin. It’s unfair.

So let’s try to fix the problem or please, remove/change this review to make things fair.

I’m sure your paid version works well, but the free version is not very useful. I have removed the plugin because I found it more helpful to just use the native WP categories widget. Please stop trolling me on my personal websites and social media.

Sorry, azlivin008, I don’t want to trolling you. But please let’s make things fair. If you don’t want to use my plugin it’s ok. But with your review you make it impossible for other users to find my plugin and use it. I’m sure it is useful for other people and moreover it can be useful for you, if you will configure it right.

As I said before it’s unfair. If you asked about support and did not get it from me, it would be fair to get 1-star. But I did all to fix the problem and you do not give me a chance to do it.

I saw top notch plugins starting from 1 star review. It feels weird, but the reality is such. Users recognize these ways of reality – relax, free world is often unrational, it’s not like in a ruled one, it’s different. Accept it and let go, it will reflect your level. It’s wrong to see the author reacting wrong as the author got another level ?? So, respect your position and just ignore buggy reviews, it’s really wrong at first, but later you will smile at it. After all, it can be a kid.

Wow @signale, such wise words pleasantly surprised me! I agree with every word and thank you for your support. This is very timely.

@azlivin008 I’m sorry for my hasty behavior. I would like to report that I have improved the plugin configuration process by adding hints. And now its installation and setting up is easier and more understandable. So your feedback was ultimately helpful for my plugin. Just FYI.
