    When installing the plugin I’m getting the following error message:
    Could not initialize Feed to Post: Looks like WP RSS Aggregator is not activated. Feed to Post has been deactivated

    I’ve included the domain in my account and I’ve submitted a ticket nearly 2 weeks ago under the Premium & Pre-Sales Support section and haven’t heard back. Does anyone know how to fix this issue???

    Sorry to hear about this.

    It must be either your ticket failed to reach us or our response that never gets through to you.

    Can you please try to send your issue directly to [email protected] using an alternate email address? You can also link to this thread in your email and/or mention the past email you were using when you contacted us at the first time.

    With regards to your issue, have you made sure that you installed and activated the Core plugin before you activated your add-on? Please let us know about this when you send your email to us.
