Could not load Custom Template

  • I previously had my related posts displaying as thumbnails at the bottom my articles but now they only show as links. I checked my php logs and found this.

    YARPP Plugin: Could not load template “template-partsrelated-content.php”. It is NOT name properly It does NOT exist. Falling back to default template.

    My single-page template does call from template-parts/related-content.php so I’m not sure what’s going on.

    From what I have read into it seems the issue is two-fold. Templates must now be in the main theme folder, and templates must begin with yarpp-template-.

    Has anyone else had experience with older template in another directory/name? I’d like to have these templates available form another folder if possible.
