    Currently I get a lot of emails daily, since the vulnerabilities scanner does not work.

    This is the error displayed in the email:

    Could not lookup vulnerabilities.

    It seems that some sort of online service is down/not available and causes this error.

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out, and letting us know!

    I understand how this can be concerning. The short version is that the Site Scanner had some temporary downtime over the weekend, but is working again now.

    Longer version: on Sunday the 31st around 7 pm EST, we experienced downtime on the server managing the SolidWP Site Scanner. Our engineers resolved this yesterday, but you may still see intermittent issues as the server is still stabilizing and catching up from the weekend backlog.

    We’re in the process of implementing new preventive measures, including a new log to provide better advance notification to prevent future instances of this scenario.
