Could not lookup vulnerabilities.

    So all of a sudden today all of my sites (25+) are showing a scan error with “Could not lookup vulnerabilities.” Message.

    Anyone havean idea why?

    i can see I’m not alone with this problem but all I ask is where is support with an explanation or official statement.

    My replies to other threads of the same ornament are deleted by over zealous admin, so it seems I have to do a duplicate new topic to ask for help.

    Hi there, thanks for reaching out, and letting us know!

    I understand how this can be concerning. The short version is that the Site Scanner had some temporary downtime over the weekend, but is working again now.

    Longer version: on Sunday the 31st around 7 pm EST, we experienced downtime on the server managing the SolidWP Site Scanner. Our engineers resolved this yesterday, but you may still see intermittent issues as the server is still stabilizing and catching up from the weekend backlog.

    Our support team is not available on the weekends, but rest assured, we’re in the process of implementing new preventive measures, including a new log to provide better advance notification to prevent future instances of this scenario.

    Also, the replies might have been removed by the WP.org support moderators in line with the forum guidelines.

    Thank you for the official reply, it’s appreciated and make sense. Hopefully you are able to resolve the situation.

    as for the moderators choice to delete ‘me too’ replies that’s just farcical of this WP support that will have to create a new topic even though it’s the exact same problem.

    So indeed (initially) no need to create duplicate topics ??
