• Hi there,
tried to get a new API-Key after 60 days, as usual but got this => Could not query Instagram API, try reloading this page.

Tried numerous refreshes and times, any solution for this or is it again because FB changed something?

Thx, for any kind of help or reply!

    Hi @kh4n

I’ve checked your website, but it seems that you’re using a different Instagram plugin.

    Maybe you can double-check this?

Our plugin works fine and it has no issue with Access Token generation. You can also try it on your own on this page:

    Hi @ciorici

I checked it multiple times already and it is your plugin. It is just integrated within the rey-theme. And i also tried the above way several times, but it still doesn’t work.

Tried another IG Account and with that it worked but not with the one needed from my client. Very odd… any suggestion what could be the reason for this?

Incognito Mode is the solution! Got it 2 work now after several tries in incognito

I am having similar issues as the topic starter, i get this error page on the wpzoom website:

    View post on imgur.com

Is there a way to find out whether this is a problem on the wpzoom site, or somewhere else in the authentication process?

    Thanks in advance,
