  • I have the same problem. I added API key and API secret and clicked Update Options but when I was clicking Authorize New Account I see only error message Could not recognize the response from Twitter.

    Same here. I put in the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, but when I click Authorize New Account it gives the Could not recognize the response from Twitter message. The boxes that say Username, etc in the settings look like you should be able to enter text there, but you can’t. I’ve tried it in Chrome, Safari and Firefox with no difference.

    OK this is what worked for me so perhaps of help :

    In the Call Back URL fill in your complete Website like :

    https://www.getjoy.in

    REGENERATE the Keys and try again..should work !

    The problem is that the help for this widget doesn’t explain what to put into the Call Back URL.
