• Resolved Bogus Exception

    (@bogus-exception)

    Dan,

Strangest thing. All of a sudden, after 3 months of working fine, after a user authenticates, they see in the GAL window (still on login page):

    Could not resolve host: accounts.google.com

Thing is, the host is up, and available via ping from the host box as well as the user’s browser.

Is there a way to turn up debugging?

    Thanks!

  • Thank you for your post. I believe we’re already in touch over email to debug this issue.

It’s most likely a server/network configuration problem that is preventing your server from reaching Google’s servers.

Anyway, we’ll follow up over email as I may not pick up replies here!

    Email: [email protected].

    Regards,

    Dan
