Two things:

1. Could you please share with us a copy of your system report?
You can share it either here in the forums or privately with us from here:

If you send a private message, please include a link to this thread.

2. The log excerpt does not look like it includes the API request for the capture call.
Could you please include the complete log file after attempting a capture as well?
Every API request includes a Debug ID which can help the PayPal MTS to find out more about what happened with the request. But the full log should also provide us with more hints to better determine the course of action.

I’m seeing the same issue. It looks like it started sometime in early May. We have not made any related changes to the website since then. I created a ticket on Github and paypal.inpsyde.com for this issue.

As we are not currently able to reproduce will be great if you can add the suggested line (on install the provided package) in order to log the error message so we can get more information about the concrete issue.
