Hi,
I have now replaced the database with a backup taken before the initial installation of Easy2Map and installed a new copy of the program… but I still have the same message!

I installed version 1.2.2 all working… updated to 1.2.4 not working and I get the message…

could not retrieve map setting

My original message said I had Easy2Map: 1.2.0 but I hadn’t realised that it had updated to 1.2.4 which doesn’t work.

Hi, thanks for your message, and apologies for the issue you’re experiening. Can I ask, do you get this error message for all your maps, or only for a single map you’ve created.
A new version of the plugin will be released tomorrow with console information that will allow you to determine reasons for the plugin not working. If you email me at [email protected] I will give you instructions on how you can see the reason for the error you’re experiencing.

The new version of the plugin (1.2.9) was released today. Please upgrade to the new version and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.
