• We have this problem that I have put in the title, when trying to pay, this message appears.

I have used Health Check to leave only this plugin, a default theme, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions, because we sell subscriptions and the problem is still the same.

In the registration, in the woocommece-paypal-payments part, no error appears.

Could you please try to help us?

    Hello @carazo

It looks like the connection to the PayPal server is not functioning correctly.

    • Have you already disconnected and reconnected your account (using the connect wizard; not manually) to the plugin? If not, please try doing this.
    • There is an option available to test and reconnect the webhooks in the settings tab “Connection”. Please try both these buttons (Simulate & Resubscribe) and see if this makes any improvement.
    • Another thing you can try is to onboard a sandbox account, to see if this might be an account related issue. If the sandbox account works without any issues, you might want to reach out to PayPal Merchant Technical Support to have them review your account.

If the issue persists after trying these options, then to better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.

The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can copy the log files from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

You can share it privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Regards,
    Femi.

    @femiyb,

Thanks for your help. This is strange because this same account in another website of this subdomain works perfectly.

Respect to what to you have mentioned:

Have you already disconnected and reconnected your account (using the connect wizard; not manually) to the plugin? If not, please try doing this.

    Yes, and no works.

There is an option available to test and reconnect the webhooks in the settings tab “Connection”. Please try both these buttons (Simulate & Resubscribe) and see if this makes any improvement.

Instead of doing this, I have just updated and the new version seems to work.

I will confirm you soon asap my customers test it also in more situations.
