    After I upgraded to 3.4.2 version, I can’t set thumbnail image in feature images. it notices “could not set that as the thumbnail image. try a different attachment”. I tried disable all plugins, but it’s not fixed. please fix it help me ? thanks so much ??

  • Have you tried changing themes? Try changing to Twenty Eelven theme and add a feature image. It could be that there’s an issue with your current theme.

    You may also want to deactivate all of your plugins.

    I still changed themes to Twenty Eelven and disable all plugins, but it haven’t fixed.

    Final I must downgrade WordPress from 3.4.2 to 3.3.2, it’s working.

    I just had a similar problem, probably due to a forced server reboot after it had hung. I repaired the wp-database and everything worked nicely again after that.

    This problem is related to the plugin you installed in your site. I also faced this issue, in my case the problem was due to Magic Field plugin.

    Try by deactivating all the plugins and activate one-by-one.
