could not update wordpress

    my client wordpress cannot update. Message came up:
    site is unable to reach www.ads-software.com at 198.143.164.251, and returned the error: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

    Themes 2023 and 2024, failed update, and all the plugins I tried and they failed too, such as security plugin and google analytics plugin.
    Is this just temporary or do you need a login to look properly?
