Could this loop be a problem?

Hey. I have a site which uses ajax to load newsposts into a div on the fly. I have a loop which works for me, but since I read alot about errors using multiple loops and nested loops and such I am worried it might break somehow, so if anyone could take a look and see if I can make it better it would be nice of you.

I am using a loop inside the #ajax-content div so that it already starts out with a newspost, then you can click thumbnails and some other news gets loaded into the div.

Is this alright?
