Could Use Some Honest Feedback

  • I have recently updated my business site using WordPress and could use some honest opinions about the layout, navigation, general organization, and overall appeal/design of the site. I will admit that it is not a very “sexy” site but my business is not really that “sexy”. My main focus is to make sure it accurately represents professionalism and functions as designed.   • Hey,

    The first thing I notice in every website is the copyright year. Because a lot of businesses and blogs run away after or before a year of establishing their blog or business. So, for a new visitor, it is important to show that you (I mean the business or blog owner) still exist.

    Overall, the site looks good. Regarding layout, nav, org, etc, I don’t think I am the right person to give an opinion, because my opinion always changes on these issues such as design/UI, etc. ??

    Looks good, I’m not a huge fan of the color but looks good. What is up with the timestamp on page views? I would maybe get rid of that. NO need for a post date either it just looks dated.

    The bottom images clear, concise etc. Are not very clear IMO ?? Kinda drop shadowy and blurry. Hey, I know how hard it is to make nice looking art I’m no expert ??

    Anyway, thumbs up. GL with it!

    I agree about the bottom image, so I corrected (removed shadow effect). As for the time stamp, I actually like having that but originally I wanted to put in the “gray” area just below my top menu but couldn’t figure out how to do it. Didnt want to screw up my search form. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated!
