Could you help me?

To whom it may concern:

I’ve been working with the makers of WPJobBoard for over a year now. It is a fantastic application and I had plans for it, but the plans have changed. It is multi-dimensional and highly adaptable and customizable plugin, especially for what I am now trying to accomplish. However, I keep encountering fatal errors. Not cool, unacceptable for a paid for plugin and I’ve received an extreme lack of facilitation even though I offered to pay cold hard cash for some alterations and help!

I want to create a reverse job board: no job postings only resumes, candidate create accounts, verifiable and OK’d by me, create simple resumes described below, and are ONLY accessible and searchable by paying recruiters/employers. I understand this only requires some minor tweaks to you’re already stellar plugin that you can easily implement… Fatal errors are not acceptable, and I need payment gateways for recruiters/employers (Stripe, Square, PayPal, Credit Card) for weekly to monthly access (as determined by me) to the resume database, the “job” portal.

It is in an industry where THIS is highly sought after: CDL drivers. Obviously, there is more to the detail of a “resume” than a headline, short bio, experience, and expectations, including active/inactive status, zones, zip codes, hauling types including: Auto, Container, Dunnage, Consolidation, Flatbed, Dry Van, Grain, LTL, JIT, Tanker, Refrigerated, Lowboy, Step Deck, Extendable, Stretch, Gooseneck, Conestoga, Side Kit, Specialized, Over-Sized, etc., and of course Dedicated and Local runners, OTR and regional. Other aspects include home time, etc. We are talking about DRIVER expectations, not the insane amount of “CDL Driver Needed” typical job board posts. With experience in the industry, I know that this is an extremely, extremely valuable route.

Can you help me with modifications that I’m willing to pay additional for? Driver location, status, haul types, text box for bio, experience, and expectations. It’s actually pretty simple. Include some javascript on the front page that generates and enumerates the number of “CDL Drivers in the Directory.” Furthermore, I want e-mail access, mass communication, to every registered member, drivers and recruiter/employers, and I want an accurate search: city, state, zip, haul type, etc.

That’s it. Recruiters don’t need “company pages” or anything like that, they just need to have a paid account to access driver profiles/resumes.

Can you help me? I KNOW that this type of adjustment is minimal in terms of your experience: removing A LOT of features while making others the primary. I am willing to pay for an error free, accurate plugin.

I currently work for a mid-sized, 600+ truck fleet in St .Louis, Missouri, but am looking at other options in terms of growth.
