Couldn’t Activate Plugin

    Hi

    I am trying to activate “Finale – WooCommerce Sales Countdown Timer & Discount Plugin Lite” Plugin in my above mentioned site But Can’t get it, I got Fatal Error
    Like follows

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class WCCT_Admin, because the name is already in use in /opt/bitnami/apps/wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/finale-woocommerce-sales-countdown-timer-discount/admin/wcct-admin.php on line 3

    Plzz Help me on this issue as soon as possible

    Hi Sandeep,

    We have a known incompatibility with this plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-conversion-tracking/

    Finale and WooCommerce Conversion Tracking use the same functions/class prefix “wcct” which causes conflict.

    We will try and see what can be done but at the moment you can deactivate and and activate Finale.

    Hi Sandeep, As we discussed on Support ticket its a known conflict.And would need to involve other plugin developer to find solution. If you would have activated Finale first and activated other plugin , it too would have thrown error.As of now you can keep one of the plugins deactivated.We shall work on this future.Closing this ticket.Thanks Daman Jeet

    after i upgrade the plug in i have error on homepage which is : Fatal error: Call to a member function is_in_stock() on boolean in /home1/t5klm2eu/public_html/venue_/wp-content/plugins/finale-woocommerce-sales-countdown-timer-discount/includes/wcct-stock.php on line 417

    Hi Adnan,

    Your issue was resolved over support ticket.
    You have a plugin ‘Essential Grid’ which is running wc_get_product on every post irrespective it’s a product or not. And that was triggering an error with Finale.
    The error was resolved.

    This was already a separate ticket, which was closed.
    If you have any other issue you can reply on our existing support thread.
