    I just got an email from a new visitor to our website. He is trying to subscribe to our newsletters, but he says he is getting an error:

    “Sorry, but we couldn’t connect to the MailPoet server.
    Please refresh the web page and try again.”

    Any idea why this is happening?

    Hi @photocoen,

    Are you using any caching plugin? We believe it could be related to it.

    If so, can you enable ReCaptcha on the form and see if it works correctly?
