couldn’t connect to the Poly’easy TripAdvisor page

There are not reviews on that TripAdvisor page.

So i must wait there is a review before to synchronize ?
Even with the pro version ?

On the free version there must be reviews on the page before they can be downloaded. The Pro version will allow you to setup a source without actually clicking the download. Then you can set it to check for new reviews automatically.

i tryed to configure the plugin but doesn’t work.

Yes there are in fact reviews on that page, I get the same error as well : “ack”:”error”,”ackmsg”:”Error 0003: Please try again. : Error 103b: Unable to get page. Contact support and send this URL:?when I try to download new reviews
