Couldn’t download page content

    When I target a page in wordpress and click Add Page, it will load and will say “couldnt download page content”

    I am sorry, that this happens, but can you give more context?

    What dev-environment do you use, which OS, etc.

    I am using CRA but I also tried Vite and its the same error, I use Windows for my OS, and Local by flywheel


    also Update Dev Environment button is not working, saying “Couldnt update dev environment”

    I tried to use WP Rollback plugin to rollback to the previous version of ReactPress and the Update Dev environment button finally works and ReactPress var showed up to my index.html. But when I add a page on Target Pages now it says “Couldn’t add page” but when I refresh the browser, the page will be there.

    Sorry I dont know if what I did is right and adviceable to you. Any thought on this?

    I can’t tell you why the current version doesn’t work. I am not using Windows and can’t debug it there. You can ignore the “Couldn’t add page” message.
