Couldn't Evaluate Properly (see details)

Couldn’t evaluate because after installation, page went to “log in” in the admin area to the right of the menu on almost all menu items with no option except to finally just disable it. Not sure what the issue is, but it did not work at all for me once it was installed. It did install with no errors. Would love to have it working as the description fits my needs exactly.
