    whenever any customer attempts to checkout with Transdirect shipping, the quote calculator just returns “Couldn’t find any quote for your order.” and doesn’t let them continue.

    This is obviously quite a big problem if they can’t checkout.

    Things I’ve already tried:
    – double checked the API,
    – checked that the warehouse associated with the API has the correct postcode/suburb (there’s only 1 warehouse),
    – deleting the plugin and reinstalling,
    – getting a new API key.
    – disabling all other plugins except woocommerce and transdirect
    – going back to the base twentytwenty theme
    – redoing the entire woocommerce/transdirect integration following their guide

    Nothing’s worked yet, I just keep getting the same error.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated

  • Also having the same issues as above. and have tried the same things with the same error.

    i fixed the issue. i went to my profile page on transdirect and filled in the rest of boxes such as street name, etc as they where not filled. good luck.

    100% This is a common issue and it is usually due to the fact that the User’s Transdirect Profile details have not been filled out completely. The Postcode/Suburb fields are difficult to fill in as you have to enter the suburb and wait for the page to present a list of available selections. Also Autocomplete in browsers tends to interfere with the field filling process.

    Thanks so much, this worked. I don’t see why it needs the profile address when you set the warehouse location anyway? But regardless, this worked and now the site can process the orders.

    I agree completely, it does seem strange as it appears to be completely separate of the API setup. But glad you got it working.

    Maybe the plugin developer could update their documentation to reflect this even as a note on the API setup pages so it prompts customers to check their profile. It would certainly reduce their support tickets.

    I found increasing the Timeout function to retrieve quotes also resolved this issue for me.

    Now trying to figure out why orders are not syncing with Transdirect Dashboard.
