Gets the job done, reliable support

This is an essential tool indeed, though I found filters a little complicated at first. But despite the learning curve, it’s definitely worth it! The author support was invaluable in getting me on my feet — many thanks to Jeff for sticking with me!!

(Suggestion: just a few more Q&As in the documentation might have avoided a lot of my confusion in the first place…)
