Couldn't load tree: Node "XXXXX" not found

  • After several months of Advanced Page Manager working correctly, it now displays the following error message when trying to create a new page:

    Couldn’t load tree: Node “[6 digits]” not found

    I’ve tried to deactivate the plugin to create a page manually through WordPress, but the plugin will not deactivate. Is this a bug anyone else has encountered?

    Current WP version: 4.4.4
