    Yesterday I started getting a message in my admin area. It’s PHP code that’s on top of every page. Here is part of it:

    Error retrieving dash.<
    >WP_Error Object
    (
        [errors] => Array
            (
                [http_request_failed] => Array
                    (
                        [0] => Couldn't resolve host 'datascopic.net.analytics.tallyopia.net'
                    )

    What is this saying and how can I fix it?

    My site: http:datascopic.net

    Thanks much!

    Hi,

    This seems to be nameserver related. We aren’t sure what happened here, but it seems to have been temporary. Give it a try.

    We noticed you took points off in your review because we didn’t respond to this posting. I do apologize for that. Our “official” support pathway is via email – support at tallyopia.com. We’re pretty quick if you contact us that way. You can also go directly to our website for that info.

    Your review also mentioned conflicts with other plugins. If you’re still seeing conflicts, email our support with details. We’d want to look into this as well.

    Thanks!

    I’ve got the same problem:

    Error retrieving dash.<
    >WP_Error Object
    (
    [errors] => Array
    (
    [http_request_failed] => Array
    (
    [0] => Couldn’t resolve host ‘rfem.com.pl.analytics.tallyopia.net’
    )

    )

    [error_data] => Array
    (
    )

    )

    Hi Andre8111,

    We’ve received new details on this issue from our DNS provider, and believe this problem and the error should be gone soon. Take a look at:

    https://tallyopia.com/2013/03/03/were-you-receiving-couldnt-resolve-host-errors-in-your-tallyopia-dashboard/

    Basically, you don’t need to do anything (it’s all nameserver configuration related). The link above has more details.
