Couldn’t upload video

    Hi

    I installed the plugin without any problems – but the video doesn’t seem to be uploaded to the gallery – although they were uploaded to the multimedia folder …

    Any suggestions?

    Thank You for contacting with us and for asking us about your problem. If you are uploading the videos from your PC, please make sure that the format of the video will be mp4. Because our plugin doesn’t support other formats. Let us know any news, please.

    Thank you for your quick response. I have used flv format of video. I changed the format to mp4 and uploaded again. It works well. Thank You.
