    Uncheck “count logged in visitors”.
    But your employees have to load Backend/Admin Login directly without load the blog and click “log in”.

    Perhaps this could be considered in a future release, as most of our employees do not have access to the backend and connect to the site’s index page as their home page when they bring up their browser (for company news and so forth).

    You also could add the IP adresses of your employees to the Bot list.
