Hey Jake! Can you please take a couple steps here?

    1. There may be no orders, but there may be some in the trash. The plugin has to count these in case they’re restored so there are no duplicate order numbers. Can you please go to WooCommerce > Orders and check if there are any orders with the status “Trash”?

If so, please permanently delete these, along with any other orders, and try again. This should resolve the issue.

    2. If this is done, you can also try to delete the wc_sequential_order_numbers_install_offset option from the wpoptions table in the database.

Can you let me know how these 2 points go? thanks!

    Hello!

Thanks for the reply. I tried the first option and everything was deleted from the trash. I didn’t try number 2. But i did download the Booster for Woocommerce and that reset it.

Let me know if that is an alright solution because I don’t want to interfere with any code, but it seems to be working fine right now.

    Thanks,
    Jake
