Count the number of times a word appears on my site

Is there a plug-in or other way for me to determine the number of times a particular word appears in all the posts on my site?

For instance, I want to determine how many times the word budgeting appears in my posts. Of course, I’d like to be able to do the same thing for other words from time-to-time.
